Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once you place your order, we begin creating your item specifically for you.

Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–6 business days (or the shipping speed selected at checkout)
International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at faithfulkitchenco@gmail.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
